We want to stay to the traditions. In Balatonboglár children can bath free, the water is shallow and gets warm fast. The beaches are partly sandy and free of charge. One hundred years of traditions of hospitality oblige us to offer wide range of programmes to families with children and the lovers of nature and sports. We invite people who are interested in arts and Hungarian culture. The breathtaking landscape, woods around the town, living folk art, history relics and thermal spas serve meaty ways for spending free time. Balatonboglár has been the International Town of Wine and Grape since 1987. Wines and sparkling wine recieved the highest honour to the region. Wandering among the cellars of the South-Balaton Wine Route our guest are invited to taste the typical wines of the country. Welcome in Balatonboglár!
